As the recession deepens more of us will feel the pinch. Those who are on fixed incomes already have tighten our purse strings. All of a sudden those who are employed have to be looking over their shoulder just a bit and wondering just how secure is their employment. <BR/>The commercial development in Charlton was just put on hold, the anchor store backed out, so counting on businesses to keep Sturbridge going, in my opinion, just isn't going to happen. But that shouldn't stop us from doing what has to be done or planning for the future. The old saying, "when bewildered and in doubt, run in circles scream and shout" isn't going to help, pointing fingers doesn't do much either. <BR/>Fiscal responsibility and planning for the future, what is good for ALL of Sturbridge is what's need now.<BR/>Good post Tom.Gingernoreply@blogger.com
